| DONATIONS Your donations are a vital part of our fundraising efforts to help us keep our promise: to save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering people, ensuring quality or care for all and energizing science to find the cures. Making a donation is also a very personal way for individuals and organizations to join in the breast cancer movement by remembering or celebrating those they love that have been affected by the disease. When you make a donation, you will receive an acknowledgment for tax purposes. * Please use one of the links below to select the type of donation you would like to make. - Online General Donation:
General donations can be made on-line with a credit card or mailed to the Pittsburgh Affiliate. This donation can not be applied to an individual or team pledge total.

- Pledge or Donation Towards an Individual Participant:
This donation will be added toward the individual pledge total. You may make a $60.00 donation towards a BAM (Buy a Mammogram) and have it applied to the participant's total by selecting this option.

This donation will be added toward the total of pledges this team collects. You may make a $60.00 donation towards a BAM (Buy a Mammogram) and have it applied to the Team's total by selecting this option.

- Honorarium Donations:
Celebrate a survivor, a loved one, or a friend! Make a gift today in honor of a birthday, anniversary, or cancer-free date. This is a touching and lasting way to recognize a special occasion or date. A caring card will be sent to the person in recognition of your gift. This option can not be applied to a participant or team total.

- Memorial Donations:
Pay tribute to a loved one by making a lasting gift in their memory. A caring card will be sent to the family in recognition of your gift. This option can not be applied to a participant or team total.

- Buy A Mammogram - $60.00
Your donation will support the Mammogram Voucher Program that provides free mammograms and breast diagnostic services to underinsured or uninsured individuals in our community. This selection will be considered a general donation and will not be applied to an individual or team total.

Corporate Match Program
Ask if your employer has a corporate matching program -- with your participation, your donation will double our funding in your community to end breast cancer. Some corporations match volunteer hours with a monetary donation as well. Please check with your human resources department to begin the process. Donations may be made though the United Way #962721.
